Tuvia Sablosky’s Biography
Tuvia Sablosky joined Apotheca Biosciences/Nuvus Corp in August 2018 as Vice President – Business Development & Capital Formation. He brings to this position over 40 years of Global business experience in Real Estate, Finance, Wall Street, International Trade and Product Development, Marketing and Sales, Philanthropic and Humanitarian Relief Efforts. He has expertise in capital raising, sales, marketing and business development, establishing joint ventures, market analysis, and strategic planning and implementation.
Tuvia specializes in creating and structuring joint ventures and strategic partnerships and participated in the origination, acquisition, development and sale of more than $1 billion in US commercial real estate. He has held positions in Real Estate companies including Coldwell Banker Commercial and the Galbreath Company. On Wall Street, Tuvia was Vice President Institutional Sales & Trading for Credit Lyonnais' Global Emerging Markets Equity Group, ING Barings Group, Ssangyong Securities and Dalton Investments. During this time period he serviced more than 100 institutional investors including hedge funds, mutual funds, investments advisers, international banks and pension funds, facilitating the sales and trading of billions of dollars in equities. Additionally, Tuvia was the Founder & President of New York based TreeTop Capital Management LLC. TreeTop Capital was an alternative investment management company specialized in quantitative systematic investment strategies used to create hedge funds and structured products.
Tuvia received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in International Relations with a concentration on International Business. In addition, he played # 3 on the Varsity Squash Team and helped the team to rank second nationally. Tuvia began his career in the Alternative Legal Medical Cannabis and Industrial Hemp industries last year by investing in many publicly traded Cannabis related stocks in Canada, the USA and Israel. Subsequently he has been advising companies in California and Florida and has attended industry conferences in NYC, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami Beach and Israel.
